All Morgan cars go through an intensive process to achieve the optimum paint finish. In paint prep, the panels are sanded back and receive five layers of primer, before being checked and sanded once again. In the paint shop, they receive a final layer of primer before top coat and lacquer is applied.

The unique side blades fitted to Super 3 manage airflow through the radiators, whilst also allowing numerous luggage mounting options. The side blades can be painted to match the main body colour or finished in a contrasting colour, and they provide a canvas for the application of decals and livery packs available.

The design of the 20-inch front wheels is unique to Super 3. The positive offset allows for the longest possible suspension wishbones, with the brakes mounted far out. This maximises ride quality, handling and stability. To keep Super 3 looking proportionally correct, an all-new tyre has been developed with Avon.

The engine resides beneath the nose cone, positioned to deliver optimal weight distribution. The visual mass sits directly behind the centre line of the front wheels, and is a principal proportion of the Super 3. This feature can be highlighted further through customisation where the colour of the cowl can be tailored on one of five available colours.

Bracing the Ford Dragon engine are structural aluminium castings finished in silver or black. These castings support the engine and suspension packages while also ducting air into the radiators. The mechanical requirements of these castings deliver the character of Super 3s face and are therefore a crucial design element.
